Within the Netherlands, orders are shipped with the standard service of PostNL. For the rest of the European Union, orders are shipped with the standard service of UPS.

For orders, you will pay shipping costs. This is €3.50 for each order (regardless of size). Ordering from outside the Netherlands? Then there will be an additional €18 shipping cost added to your order. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Your order should arrive within 1 - 4 business days. Petit Sam aims for delivery within the EU within 48 hours. EU member states are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.
