Return policy

Petit Sam hopes you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your order.

• Returns are only accepted for items purchased through our website.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
• Returns must be received within 30 days from the date the complete order was delivered.
• We do not accept returns of damaged, worn items or items with removed labels. If you receive an item without a label and wish to return it, please notify us via email on the same day of receipt.
• We strongly advise checking your order thoroughly before removing any tags or labels.
• Exchanges depend on item availability. A replacement will only be sent once the returned item has been received and passed a quality check.
• If you prefer a refund, the amount will be refunded after the returned items have been received.
• Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
• International customs duties and VAT for shipments outside the EU are non-refundable. Additionally, a €5 return fee will be charged to cover return shipping costs.
• If your order included a gift, please return it along with the exchanged or refunded items.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns of any items showing signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
